thick mayonnaise
1/2 CUP
very finely minced parsley
1/3 CUP
minced green onion
1/3 CUP
minced spinach leaves, spines removed
1/4 CUP
T.G. Lee buttermilk
1/4 CUP
fresh lemon juice
2 TABLESPOONS
finely grated onion
DASH OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
SALT
FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
Combine
all ingredients in medium bowl and blend until smooth
with whisk, or whirl in blender of food processor.
Chill before serving.
